The Building
Safe, secure, and spacious.

868 Patriot Drive, Unit A is the largest space in Moorpark's Patriot Commerce Center. It features over 20,000 square feet of indoor space that we use for work, lounging, events, and, of course, high-end vehicle storage.
​
We've equipped this location with a full-fledge security system and video surveillance inside and out. All windows are shatterproof and equipped with an additional layer of "security film" to reduce visibility from the outside in. In short, most passersby don't even know we're here and those that do are only allowed inside when accompanied by our staff. Vehicles here are extremely safe.
The Lounge
Calm, comfortable, and cool.

We believe you and your friends deserve a cooler hangout spot than some random parking lot. That's why we built the lounge. Accessible to our clients and their guests, this space features a kitchen area for preparation and distribution of food and drink, couches, TV's, and personalized storage lockers for your favorite spirits, cigars, and whatever else you want to keep on hand. Host your own group, join us here for cars & coffee done right, or just stop by to admire the view.
